How we do It all:

Kent and I are a two "man" show. Everything from hair services, marketing, education, scheduling and everything in between is completely on us. We do all of our own scheduling via email. We are available by phone but this is the least reliable way to reach us. If you only like to text and call, this will not work out for us long term. We keep a tight and tidy schedule. Please be organized, on time and openly communicative. We love pictures as references and preparing in advance for new clients or big changes. It is not unusual for us to help each other out for efficiency.


Guarantee:

We guarantee all of our work! In order to do this we need you to use the best products and practices at home. If there is ever anything wrong with your hair, we ask that you let us know ASAP and allow us to make the changes ASAP.

SUNDAY, MONDAY AND TUESDAY WE ARE CLOSED BUT WE ARE AVAILABLE VIA EMAIL FOR APPOINTMENT REQUESTS AND CLIENTS FOLLOW UP.
WEDNESDAY 9am-6pm
THURSDAY 9am-7pm
FRIDAY 9am-4:30pm
SATURDAY 9:30am-5:30pm
We only work by appointment.



Cancellation Policy:

HAIR CUT OR COLOR SERVICE: 24 HOURS/48 HOURS ARE PREFERRED 

KERATIN TREATMENTS, AMERICAN WAVE, COLOR CORRECTION OR HAIR EXTENSIONS: 7 DAYS 

NO SHOWS OR LAST MINUTE CANCELATIONS WILL BE CHARGED HALF PRICE IN ORDER TO RESCHEDULE.
